A young activewear label needs campaign imagery to look like an established one — and campaign imagery is the most expensive thing a young label can buy.
Challenge
Activewear is judged almost entirely on how it looks in motion, on a body, in a place. A label without campaign imagery has nothing to show but flat product shots, and flat product shots make a new brand look exactly as new as it is. HALIA needed images that carried intent — a sense of place, a sense of the person wearing the clothes — without the budget that usually buys them. Studio hire, agency casting, and a production crew were all out of reach.
Approach
When budget is the binding constraint, the answer is usually to spend it on what ends up in the frame and to absorb everything else. So GAEA took the whole production rather than just the camera: developing the concept, casting the models, and sourcing the location directly. A residential rental stood in for a studio — cheaper than a hire space and, for activewear meant to be worn in real rooms and real light, more convincing than a seamless backdrop would have been. Control over the full production is what made the budget go far enough.
The work
Campaign productions, concept development, model casting, location sourcing, and shoot execution on both, with imagery delivered for lookbook and social use. The production ran on a residential location, cast and coordinated by GAEA. The first, in November, established the visual approach the second built on — which is the quiet advantage of a returning client: the second shoot starts from a known language instead of a blank page.

Closing note
HALIA is here for the production, not the numbers. Campaign shoots, built end-to-end on a small budget, are a fair test of whether an agency can make something look considered without the resources that usually make it so.
