How does the retainer work?
Grow runs on a monthly retainer — the embedded model — with project fees layered in for one-off pieces like a new site or a launch campaign. Spark is fixed-scope; Build is a project plus a short retainer to land the launch.
Is there a minimum contract length?
We work best over years, and our strongest relationships run four to seven. That said, we start with a discovery and a scoped first phase — not a long lock-in. Trust is earned.
